RE:Court caseCompanies are starting to say "enough!" to this sort of nonsense, are fed up with the time and money it wastes, and with any luck, ESG will soon mean "Enough [with] Stupid Goofballs" 

2percenthelium wrote: Lawyer friend says this case was "DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE"...which means it can never be brought up again(against DME).  Further it will used as precedent against other cities and counties that try to run similar interference after the state has granted authority for this. Big win for DME...
