Whats wrong with management saying it how it is? They can't just make everything magically happen the way we want it, this is the real world. I would be more angry if they were just telling me what I wanted to hear. They are going to have problems. You are literally trying to spin everything to make everything sound negative. I want the company to succeed by all means. Am I happy about how long this is taking? No not really, are there things they could do different, yes.
