RE:RE:RE:2.8% helium is a fine concentration numberMetering is required as far as I am aware, not an expert but it must be done at the well head. It will likely be necessary at other points in their extraction system/plant. Primarily it is for flow. I interchange metering with measuring, or that's how I make sense of it. Coles notes as I'm more aware of the crude process than Helium.
