I mentioned this AIF report in a earlier post and recommended it as a good read and that it explains alot about what has transpired also contains enough Boiler Plate to build a couple cruise ships...... did not realize it was a bit difficult to find as it is not posted to DME website, you must go to Sedar and will find it there Febuary 06.
