The way I understand it is that they cannot extract helium until June 1st when the present agreement expires. That's when we'll find out how the plant is performing and how much He can be

Agree. This is still the bottom line for DME. Is the helium plant successfully extracting helium and are they selling it in amounts that truly affect the DME financials. One can only hope.
