Private placement
I'm not thrilled about the dilution, as well as the lack of guidance around the need for cash (six days ago, in the Ellis Martin interview, DME had plenty of cash; two days ago, in the Market Mindset interview, it suddenly needed to do a cash-raise).
Nonethless, the level of dilution is small (but don't forget to add those warrants in your calculations), and doing a cash raising at above the current share price is very bullish (and highly unusual).

Pretty small dilution and like you said favourable terms. I'm speculating but don't think the cash is needed right now for getting processing facility going but maybe preordering more parts for new facility or buying new mineral rights in the new markets. Which would be good news if we found a way to save X$ and speed up next facility or secure more mineral rights.

I'm glad they pulled the trigger after mentioning it the other day at least. Better than letting us ruminate on the when and how.

Plus Don was saying the plan involves stock buybacks. So I don't think this dilution matters in the long term
