2.3 million Units (the “Units”) at CAD $2.60 per Unit.

I'm just happy they got it away at a reasonable price. $2.60 with a warrant exerciseable at $3.50 - I wouldn't have minded some of those myself tbh. At least it's now sets the bar.

It's funny how just before this announcement Yahoo posts that DME cash burn rate is high and they would need to sell shares or acquire debt to see them through unitl the plant is up and running https://finance.yahoo.com/news/desert-mountain-energy-cve-dme-125436868.html My feeling is that things are going slower than anticipated and they saw the burn rate and the capital they had.
