This would be a good time for some insider buying.

Or would securities law require them to wait until after a NR about the testing process as that would be a material event? Is it a 30 day period before a material event where insiders are prohibited from trading?

Thanks. I had missed that. Sounds like another small cap raise in case the plant does not get to positive cash flow as soon as expected. I estimate they will spend $15-20 million in capex this year and most of the cash flow will not occur until the 2H of the year. So, they may need  an interim cash injection.
