Globe & Mail 11:06 AM EDT, 10/20/2020 (MT Newswires) -- CloudMD Software & Services (DOC.V) on Tuesday said it is raising the size of a bought-deal share offering to C$32.4 million from the C$25 million announced a day earlier.
The telemedicine company said it will now sell an underwriting syndicate 13.5 million shares priced at C$2.40 each.
Proceeds will be used to fund acquisitions and for working capital.
The company's shares were halted prior to market open on Monday and no timing for a resumption of trading has yet been announced. The shares closed at C$2.71 Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
