Perhaps some of us misunderstood this particular notice and it is specifically "Management" that cannot trade as opposed to the market in general.
I inititially thought it simply mean't that management had applied for the CTO and that seems not to be the case.
Big question for me now is:
Was the $200K insider loan at 60% interest rate (5%/month) a way around trading restrictions on Holland et al?
