UnbelievableIt's hard to imagine the level of incompetence wherein $93MM revenue, Oncidium and VisionPros as very high-value acquistions, and a behavioral health/care market that is booming, could fail so visibly. There is no question this organization has lacked any form of leadership but when the obit is written it may well be that the ACQUISTIONS were where the frauds occurred. The original organizers who raised all of that money for speculation should be in jail. Is it possible that the current management team, deaf-dumb-blind, were specifically chosen to paint over the crimes of the original founders? A competent team would have rooted out the issues within 90 days and taken serious action.
