CloudMD Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire South Surrey .

Good news, hope they can reflect this on earnings to exit the workld of investors ignorance.

Investor ignorance? DOC remains a high risk play that has yet to make any significant movement. While inking the SPA is positive, this deal was baked into current sp as binding term sheet was announced Jun 11. As an investor, you have to look under the hood, ask yourself exactly how valuable is the South Surrey clinic if they're willing to accept "potentially" 700k (i.e., final price ...more

by your logic you can question each and every Aquisition on why any company agreed on getting acquired?? Why youtube got acquired by Google? Why WhatsApp agreed on deal by Facebook? And so many others. The clinic knows the future and they agreed on direction, look online on the clinic reviews

LOL, Questioning is one thing but the logic you used is poor. It does not make any sense and is just pure speculation by spreading rumours...

You were speculating why they agreed to be aquired, without providing any facts. If you look at market in general the clinics are sold and bought at this price so it is comparative. This clinic is having 12 physicians , already using telemedicine,  60,000 patients, have mental health professionals- adding further to snapclarity aquisition and a simple google search say 1 hour wate time from ...more

When information is not forthcoming, all we may do is speculate. Speculating is not rumour mongering. Rather, it is asking questions; thinking about different scenarios. Fact is, we do not know why the clinic is selling. As for analyst coverage, if you have an account with TD, they show analyst coverage of all companies. What they also provide are stats regarding analyst picks and whether sp moves ...more
