Hello INFOR Financial Group based out of Toronto has assisted CloudMD in the past with various divestures. I see their involvement somewhat of a positive in a rather bleak and gloomy situation. And this was not unexpected. Unless CloudMD lost a string of clients in past quarter, it has a decent revenue stream that may be of interest to few key players. And now that revenue stream is likely up for
