As at March 31, 2011, the Company had $ 3,599,930 in non reserved cash and $ 186,600 in reserved cash for statutory exploration expenses. During the last quarter, Diamond Frank has closed two new financing $3,000,000 in October 2010 and $368,000 in December 2010. (for details see page 5)
Those placements will allow Diamond Frank to show a better financial situation and to begin the exploration works on its properties
