Well speaking for myself I am just waiting around to hear what the special meeting is about, nothing to talk about till we get that.
I think the meeting is just a well kept secret, if you don't check sedar for any filings you would not know. we know on the board here as HM found it there and posted it here.
The market in general is not in a great state of affairs these days as some are expecting a second crash and getting out of what they can with no relevance to the special meeting.
For sure we will be approving the eloc but if that was all we would have had the details on the meeting already.
Promo is being set up to work along side the special meeting release weather a person likes the new promo company or not.
When a company is bought out it has to have a year end at that time, so to me the financials being filed on sedar and not as a release as well you have to think that.
I don't see how relevant updated financials are for the ELOC but if that is all the financials were done for why not release that the financials have been done for the terms of the eloc.
all that has been kept under wraps other than sedar required filings.
Lots of secrets going on and that sducks but it is expected it is for the greater good.
everything will be revealed tonight or tomorrow. 21 days from the 22nd
The waiting is driving me crazy also but we don't have much of a choice we are at their mercy on that one.
