21 days is right but

21 days is right but
I have looked into this and it is required that notice of meeting is sent within 21 days but there is nothing saying they have to give a news release.

So based on that it was mailed today but who knows how long it will take to get to us.

We may know nothing for a few days and they may or may not have a news release about it.
Direct comunication with sharholder with proxy materials is all that is required.

If the mail takes 28 days to get to you and you miss the meeting, not the companies problem.

So we may or may not get a news release but it is not as far as I can tell anything to do with the 21 days.

NP41 is the law section if anyone wanted to look it up.
