MM I have considered it, the meeting being delayed but would they not file the delay on sedar.
HM you suggest the ELOC is what the delay is, can't call the reason for the meeting without that even if other things are involved.
That makes sense TSX could be the reason for the delay in release.
Why set dates if you have no idea if you can meet them.
It is going to be a clusterf.ck if they delay the meeting with no reason explained.
Also interesting that THG has a special meeting called.
FF good point about the PR unless the conditions of the buyout reflect the stock price at a certain date.
