Special Meeting

Special Meeting
So does anyone know the special meeting normal course of action.

Do they wait until the date of record to anounce the meeting or do they wait until after the record date to release or do they release the meeting before the record date.

would the record date and the anouncment be different if it were a merger and different again if it were a buyout.

I know I keep coming to the merger buyout thing, the reason for which is a lot of reasons but I find it hard to believe it takes 5 months and counting to approve a finace deal, I don't see it being that complicated, 3 months sure I can buy that.

So if a merger or buyout is in the works, lets say a multiple merger or multiple buyout that would complicate things.

The thing that could be hard for the TSX to where it would take this long is if it had to go through a few companies information tied also in some way to the ELOC.
Or it may be the TSX has to work through the buyout or merger part before approval of the ELOC and that is the hold up.

I think more is going on in the background than we think and they have done a good job as required to keep it hush hush.

which makes more sense a buyout pending ELOC or a merger pending ELOC

either one could be the other finance option we are expecting to come after the ELOC.

In this sceneraio the buyer may finance the DMS until the share price is way up there and then cash in on the ELOC sort of as a way of selling shares to recoupe the finance on the way up, at that time not many shares but lots of money from the ELOC. I would think that would concern Kodiak.

Merger deal I don't have as much to say other than a similar plan to above, we all or most of us think the ELOC is going to be drawn on to order the DMS but it may be a longer term thing, the money might already be there for the DMS from a partner (buyout or merger) pending the ELOC approval.

The quebec results tell me they were delayed for a reason and I expect included in some sort of confidentiality agreement, otherwise we would have seen them, putting it off for any other reason does not make sense to me.

I know we have to pay them before we get results but holding off the payment for a later date does not make sense as it would have been paid for when we were first told about the ELOC to go with that news.

If it is a buyout or merger what would it look like with an ELOC being a must have before hand.

this is all what if but we have nothing else to talk about until the big release or big multiple releases.

JR saying the ELOC is new to the TSX is harder to accept than a big merger or multiple buyout with an ELOC is new to the TSX.... just sayin
