So is it safe to assume a buyout is not going to be released at this meeting and that will be after the meeting.
What carrot are they going to give us for us to want to give leadbetter to Kodiak at a less diluted share price or at least control the company that leadbetter is part of.
Kodiak is obviously part of a buyout plan, just wish I knew more about the plan, my hope was we were going to hear it in the meeting info.
I guess we wait for the info in the mail and see what is disclosed in there.
