having given some thought there is not much chance for a buyout until the spin off company is formed, it would be too messy to do it any other way.
Nothing I expect until after the meeting now and the newco is formed.
The seller could be something to do with the merger keeping the price down so we do not get more shares of newco
I would have a hard time thinking it was not intentional for some reason for the push down or could be a person not happy with the new control person thing.
Managment must have the control person 50% vote in the bag from major holders already as they are not concerned about approval like I said before no carrot just going through the motions.
The newco is two thirds vote and I can't see it not passing almost unanimous and has the carrot of why we should accept and board approval.
Leadbetter has to agree to the new control person does he not, would him being bought out have to preceed the meeting vote.
