newco

newco
Well it is an interesting post as I can see your thought process.

They need 165 million shares to pass the newco vote (or there about) if my calculations are right.
That is a lot of shares even with the big share guys.
I would think it is a challenge to even get the vote turn out for those numbers.
This is the first time I have ever voted and I have had tons of circulars to vote on with various companies over the years, other things going on never get around to it.

Control person 110 mil shares

they are asking for some faith/trust as we can't see all the cards yet.

They must have a reason to split things off.
We are still keeping our 1/3 rd ownership same as we have now.
They are free because we already have them now.
They have little or no value yet so move them out to a new company until they do.
We need to focus on a mine in Wawa
Leadbetter has 1 billion tons of diamond conglomerate, not the properties we own a bit of.

Leadbetter and PEM are the money makers for us, JR must think so and it would be hard to argue we know more than him in geology or the leadbetter or quebec properties.

Let him lead us to the big payday and vote yes.

Don't lead us to the poor house with a no vote.

I expect they have big plans for us to make a boatload of money with leadbetter, why would anyone even think about throwing a wrench into that and vote no.

If you think they are trying to screw us just sell your shares and get out. I would.
You are saying you know better than the board to even consider voting no.
I would hazzard a guess they know more than you or I.
