over my head
I am the first to admit this is over my head but I am going to ask some stupid questions anyways.

1 could this cause a trading halt in the morning, get attention.
2 could this allow them to load up way more than 10% if they so desired.
keeping the stock low could be to be a low starting point to accumulate shares.
