alluvials question

alluvials question

So lets say Dianor was talking about sending aluvials to BC to be sampled.
They talked about that.
What would be the procedure.
I would think they would be put through a screening plant first to separate the different sizes of material before sending.
If that is true is it possible that they found some big ones in the pile.
I would think they would not report that as it is not representative of the whole sample.
but they would know they are there.
one person speculated that a core sample at a gold mine a person doing the sample would see the vein of gold in the core and just bag it for testing.

It seems they have opted to not send the material away and to sample it on site when the DMS arrives.

Is this scenario plausable.

just asking as I know zero about the mining process but a bit about screening plants.
