Well as far as dwek goes, he is for sure part of or the reason we are at .08 , buy pps and sell on the market steady and strong making a good profit as news comes out he sells into the volume.
He was under the radar before but has been outed now, would not shock me to see another large PP from them before the up if he is in fact on the team.
The share suppression could be to keep interest off of DOR, if it spiked it would create interest as to why it spiked to the market.
thinking back around the meeting we had serious volume (well compared to now) the more people bought the more was sold into the market.
Dwek may not be predatory but he sure does not seem to have the companies back at this point from my view.
Unless one could point out why keeping the stock under the radar or at a low price is a benifit to the company.
If dwek is predatory, bigger sharks need to come into play that can clean him out of shares, could be the meetings in NY
he is working at keeping the price down with his selling to shake the trees of sharholders that give up from it always being @ .08 unless that is just a by product.
If in fact he is not predatory to the company he sure is predatory to us sharholders, that is for sure.
I like to think the company is not involved in us being @ .08 other than having to sell shares to them for self preservation
If he is not selling to shake the trees there may be predatory sharks picking up the shares from the trees being shook.
If you are on the buyout speculation team I must say that 3 to 5.00 personaly I could handle as it relates to the money I would make from my shares, but from a business perspective and not personal anything under 10.00 is a fire sale and we are being taken to the cleaners.

Some say well we are @.08 well a question to ask yourself is that a tree shaking manuver, if so how many shares would sell @ 1.00 - 20% of the shares??? 30% how many @ 2 and then 3
If the shares that would sell are a higher % than a company takover needs then the shares need to be voided into stronger hands, hence the new york visit (possible), otherwise predators could pick up the company for pennies even though we might be happy with 3.00 due to the desperate condition we are in @.08
For sure dwek and any big holder needs to be voided of shares if they are selling @ .08 and .09 for this to move.
20 million shares just for a round number is 2 mil but who else is out there that holds lots but is under the reporting number.
If dwek truly is friendly and is selling shares to keep the price low until stronger hands can be secured so a takover can't happen then his selling of shares is taking one for the team.
