RE: Financial outlay ...with all the funds DOR used in the past and very little to show for, I suspect that the regulatory agency will be watching these guys closer, also based on past performance, the conditions of the loan such a lein on the property may suggest something along with the high interest rates. if it was as good as it sound, you think DOR management would of went to the bank for loan at a much lower rate, if they believe in this property
it is going to be a long drag out winter
