I am in, The buyout special meeting in quebec (if that is where it is)
Wawa works also but very far from a major airport, Toronto Sudbury then about a 5 or 6 hour drive from there.
I have a feeling it will be winter time so Wawa might not be such a good idea, if it is spring or summer no problem.
If a buyout deal is in the works say from the general meeting a buyout would take at least a few months for all the lawyers to prepare about a case of paperwork to sign.
JRs hand will be sore from all the signing lets just say that.
If no buyout we are looking at the new year I expect for DMS results at best.
If the lawyers are miracle workers it would be the first part or later October.
The best news going forward might be no news until then.
as much as that would seem to suck.
Newco still needs to be formed so it could be November.
I could be all wet but no way it is less than a month and a half to do a deal and the paperwork if in fact there is one.
The more complicated the longer the time.
