My thought on it was it would give credibility to our find to the big players that understand that stuff well, I know it means nothing to joe investor.
I am waiting, looking for some big news to drive the share price, just trying to figure out whats the hold up.
If the newco and kodiak were all for nothing and there is no merger or buyout we wasted a massive amount of time and money, shareholder meetings, filing multiple year ends, working with regulators, lawyers, the list goes on.
