I would say if you are right they would have had to give Kodiak written notice demanding payment.
If one assumes it is a standard 10 day notice we are very close.

The company could not really tell us anything until the 10 days are up.

I am pulling for 1.00 or more. I hope your basement is full of naked gorgeous 21 year old hookers soon to keep you company lol
