Halifax certainly has their share, more per capita than any city in Canada. Look it up if you want. With the discussion of the celebratory drinks when, and I mean when DOR is trading at a level that deserves celebration, The Lower Deck is the place to do it. With a long oak bar and low ceilings with hand hewn beams that can hold drinks if you dare. With long table and benches, I believe there is two table at the back with chairs, but there are for the late arrivals only. Music that is pure east coast, its the place. Its too bad I'm 4 hours away, or I would head down for a pint.
