RE: Can't blame Joe for ...
Well I can tell you for sure on the business side of things harmony is required for things to go well.

Team effort in harmony to one goal to benifit everyone is the way to go and breeds luck, luck is the mother of all things you need in any endeavor to win. Skill also but skill is not enough on its own especially without harmony.

Joe may not be the only person guilty of causing lack of harmony but it sure sounds like he is a major contributor, not eliminating JR fully here either.

Seems also like a lot of moves have been made by Dianor out of desperation also, starting with the 15% GOR and continues on to date.

Deals need to be win win to work long term, I don't blame joe for trying for the 15% GOR that clearly was poor negotiating on Dianors part, they were desperate to get the property with good reason at any cost and a pay later is what happened and now its later or close to later.

Internal power struggle with the players and it is not pretty and sounds like it never was.

FUBAR is where we seem to be so far, we keep getting to the edge of a break through and then luck or some other intangible is not there to finish it and push it over. close to a deal then it goes away.

Its not like JR has not put forth the effort.

We need to get in flow or in the zone for luck to show up or whatever you want to call it.
