Well thats a long story and this is just my opinion and some here can better clarify parts of the story.
I have never claimed to be an expert on here so this is my take.

The reason it started to fall at the start is one of the major sharholders was crooked and I think went to jail for fraud so a lot of big players bailed over time bringing it down as well as I expect his shares were also sold on the market and that continued the selling pressure.

Some blame the economy for some of the decline and that could be a part of some of it also.

But the reason we are at .03 and we have a large outstanding share number is Dianor became a private placement whoore.
private placements (my understanding) give you one share as well as a second flow through share and a warrant at a bit more money per share.

So if the stock was say .08 and you bought a private placement you could either sell your flow through share and hold one share for free or you can sell both shares and make .08 profit each share, there are tax breaks also in doing things this way as well.
If I am wrong about this someone please correct me.

On top of all that any big player would buy a private placement and would not buy on the market so there was nobody or very few people buying on the market so we got a boatload of people selling on the market but little buying and when we did get great news about diamonds the PP holders sold into the volume as they were able to sell a lot of shares in a hurry as there were more buyers and in a few weeks the SP would be back down to .08 or there abouts once they buying rush tapered.
I am sure there also were those that bought on the market when the price was .08 and sold when it bumped up on news to .10 or even .09

There is further speculation sharks in the diamond business wanting Dianor to fail would buy shares and dump them to keep the price down.

The lower the share price the cheaper the Dianor tramp became and the more shares issued for PPs.

On top of all that many big players and small players wanting to wait and hold the shares for the share price to move up only saw decline of the share price and no gain and eventually sold for a loss adding to the selling pressure that was already there.

Dwek was a big part of taking advantage of the dianor PP whoore but was invisible until a year or so ago when regulations required him to report his holdings

The more PPs and selling the cheaper the PP BJs became and it has spiraled down to where we are today.
Dianor has needed the money to survive and have become more desperate and as of late have been giving out Bjs or PPs cheap out of nessesity.

On top of that we more or less get no reporting or news releases from the company and deals to buy or merge with us have come close and then fell away on more than one occasion as well as the Kodiak finance has turned out to be a bit of a joke and not really serious finance.
Some say now that we have given out a boatload of shares getting finance is harder because they are close to worthless at this SP, so everything that can go against us has.
Due to finance needed for the bulk sample that we have not been able to recieve yet we have done more or less nothing for a few years now.
Pathetic as heck but really our share price has nothing to do with diamonds. (my opinion only)

I am sure others would argue otherwise, feel free to chime in.
