Reguly was speaking to a mine situation ... however ... looking at it years later ... it seems pretty clear that a large part of the hindrance in getting a JV deal of some sort done hinged on the enormous position Oldcrow retains.
The smaller part of that equation is the surface rights mortgage ... which is still left past due payment for Nov.30/2011 so far as we have been made aware. The larger part ... Reguly had pegged it ... we just didn't understand the pre-mine impact ... it is definitely a factor in the circumstances of a whole.
The problem right now ... you just don't know if Oldcrow gets ... or is ... ornery once again like last time out with the statement of claim being thrown down.
