RE: info@dianor

RE: info@dianor

Over the years I have seen a couple of emails posted on here where they did respond, it is a bit dangerous as it is recorded response so they have to be careful what they say as all shareholders should be informed the same and there is no confidentiality.

The company should comunicate with shareholders in news releases not email but one can only guess they have nothing new to tell us yet or they are not able to due to a confidentiality agreement with another party.

When big companies are in talks or negotiations they sign confidentiality agreements to where they are not able to even let on to anyone that they are in talks, they are sectret to anyone other than the involved parties, There is also company information that is shared that is confidential information and would not be permitted to be shared outside of the purpose of sharing the information in talks.

Obviously if news got out of actual negotiations some would have an unfair advantage to buy shares with inside information with a public company.

It is pure speculation that we are in talks as I hope for the best going forward, if we are not we are screwed so speculating negotiations is our only hope or way out.

We are either going to hear we are screwed or we made a deal for finance or purchase, I don't see any other scenario out there.
