Interesting Worst case we live to see another day.
Best case they just bought time to finish a deal.
Something has to be in the fire for Joe and TEC to put everything off.
Things are looking up, only downside is the wait just got longer again.
Thats the way I see it anyways, time was getting on so this is a breath of fresh air for me.
