Perhaps today's filing was in relation to the stock buyback by the company in 200, gotta love Westwind with that fiasco.. Maybe the 578,000 share repurchase was not filed or maybe the repuchase was then sold in 2007 and not filed. Strange though why it is a factor five years later. Some entity must be scowering the books, perhaps the regulators or some other interested party doing their

Good call Bishop ... I had forgotten about the normal course issuer bid.  The company bought back $368,444 worth of stock in the first half of 2007 ... and looking at price points at the time ... figures about right.Strange filing it now though ...  maybe they just got around to cancelling the shares ... who knows.The buyback seems to fit.
