It appears that there is a technical glitch of sorts with their transfer agent. Will be straightened out quickly, I would think From Marketwire... "Failure to Maintain Transfer Agent"

A good CEO would have already sent a press release explaining the situation to shareholders. Instead we will hear nothing....  ever.
