LOI

Letter of intent means a bit more than nothing, all it is is talk and some agreements about talking for the most part.

It is better than no talk so it is a positive step but getting the deal signed and closed is all that matters, talk is cheap.

I sure hope a letter of intent was done a long time ago last year or we are going to be waiting a long time from now, negotiations are not easy or quick (lawyers) and I hope we do not get as fleeced as we did with Dweck and other finance.

I know it is what it is and it is better than where we are but it would be a shame just the same to give the diamonds away.

If there is no deal of some sort or even an LOI we are done like dinner so speculating that there is can't be a stretch, it is our only hope.

If all this is not just rumour i think that any word from management would give our play some momentum prior to any deal being struck.  Any international biggie does not care about being fair. You may call it tarnishing their reputation , they call it good business sense.  If you look at the last two deals that were negotiated in better climate , it should give some indication of what to ...more

GPP If it is just one company interested based on past negotiating skills we have seen I expect we will get fleeced. There is nothing more I would want in this world right now than to be wrong about that.   If I had a crazy hope it would be more than one party interested, that is our only hope of not getting fleeced from my view point. Nothing we can do about it either way, it is all in JR ...more
