What insiders? Are you speaking of ryder.  Oh sure , he would sell shares just before we get trading suspended for not filing a financial statement  for  which he is responsible for .

if your new to this stock you problably don't know , but when dor was trading at a high of $2.07 back in early 2006 insiders were not selling any shares , which to me is kind of weird cause insiders usually sell after such an increase in share price . and actually insiders were buying on the way down , they bought when dor was trading at over one dollar , i never ever saw any sells except

Levt almost lost every penny he had on this stock and even bought tons at over $2.00 ...he is officially out of any stock...it was like a drug for him...

yah well i don't beleive that , i think levt is what they call a permabull , and don't forget that long winded heavymoney with all his long paragraph and useless information . the management of dor did not sell any shares as far i seen , and i did follow the insider trading . so i'm suspicious as to why this is at an end and insiders never sold .

Although it seems glum, I do not believe that this is the end. Yes we are short of cash, therefore we cannot afford to pay (right now) for the necessary costs to keep our account in good standing. As many have observed, there is no insider 'selling', not even before we hit this slump. That says something. If management were in it for themselves and saw the end of the road

I don't disagree Antero. I have no doubt that things are still milling behind the scenes, there has to be otherwise those that new better would have jumped ship ages ago...yes the insiders. I think there is more here than meets the eye, all-be-it frustrating to say the least, but we are not dead yet. I further agree that news is long long long overdue, however I find your 2nd last sentence

Question is how long are we allowed to stay in limbo before we are considered done.  Presently trading has been suspended.  Is there a time limit where this status  gets downgraded.  If there is not then what is the incentive to be trading while the market is taking a beating.  Why not wait till a deal is done and then present the statements to get us back trading.

Is there cause to take legal clash action against the Co. to protect the shareholders writes, by putting a lean against ,all mining claims under the Co. name,then send out an indepedent geoligest for re-essesment for valuation . Or shareholders can, and could vote them off the Brd. and find someone with more experience in this feild? This way we could stumache a roll back?

Yoshka, the shareholders do not have any rights.You are speaking about a rollback and suing the company.  There may not be any company to sue so or any shares to roll back.  TEC and Joe are protected, everyone else is SOL in the event titer happens.Does anyone know if Dor is allowed to stay in this non trading situation for an indefinite length of time.  glta

they will probably stay in this non trading situation and the shares will stay in your account for ever to remind you not to invest in staff like that.  i was lucky with this one sold few weeks b4 this situation wow pure luck this time
