Maybe you pump too much and people stopped listening to you. But you're quite right on this, there is an easy upside for DVA (0.595 HVT shares), an improbable huge upside (a competing bid) and no downside (except if HVT looses a lot of value). The deal will not be called off by either HVT or DVA, because for HVT it's a steal, and for DVA, well at last they can concentrate on the stuff they really dig, meaning doing useful science. A real win-win deal for both companies. But why don't we keep this little secret to ourselves? Anyway, good luck.
