The unit deal they did a decade ago was used to line the pockets of a few insiders. Issuing registered transferable warrants is the death knell for these thinly traded deals BTW the underwriter was a shady operation...nice entrance to their calgary office.....short sales a plenty......shorting into company buybacks and retirement account purchases matched by the company......I guess for some people as you get rich the how does not come into play. Since the true origin of oil being abiotic not dead dinosaurs LOL....oil in quantity is coming out of the worlds ears.....the demise of the petro dollar and alternative energy such as ......Keshe's magrav.....she don't look good in the short term> Still Pulse's stock hasn't tanked so bad ehmmmmm.
