those are trades for last 30 days. we can clearly see someone sold 4.6m shares net while the company only has 3.9 m shares outstanding. unless there is some undisclosed information. IRROC should be invesgating this while those trading happens.
I believe it's either someone short this stock heavily or the warrants holder sell before warrants get excised.
as we individual shareholders, we can make an alliance to request a special shareholder meeting. reject any unreasonable private placement or dillution to current shareholders. if they don't take us seriously we can start a proxy war to elect current management down and norminate the management team we like. with only 3.9 millions shares out, those short sellers could be easily squeezed. Don't neglect our rights as a shareholder. together we can make things happen.
