Looks like a 30,000 seller at 52 centsthe Stephen T rally is over.....down day in the market and  looks like investors see other opportunities and not willing to wait for 12 to 18 months ( opportunity cost ).....

investors looking for action in the pricing and not gonna get it here....this one is likely gonna be flat for  months....
