could be the Stephen Tak effect because he is on BNN Marketcall tomorrow or it could be word getting out how cheap this stock is and maybe some street whispers about future takeover by Lassonde....maybe both!  :)

Lassonde bailed DWS out in 2019, then again in 2022.  Each time they get more ownership for less cost.  Looks like their strategy is to get DWS on the cheap. Lassonde is already in the wine business so they know how mismanaged DWS is.

Yup....and that is why you buy and hold your shares on the cheap too....because its clear that Lassonde is going to take over the company in full at some point this year and the shares they have not already picked up they will be willing to pay a HEFTY premium to pick up  That is why Stephen T keeps holding his shares which he bought on the real cheap.....because he sees and end game and ...more

When does Lassonde make a bid?  I think earliest is 2025

I think they bid this year after the company does an acquisition....late 2023 or early 2024 its gone at a nice premium....
