technically speaking 38 is the next support....RSI is 41.73 and rolling over and headed for 30.00

Ouch! DWS reminds of Cummings and Steinberg at Leucadia buying vinyards.  It didn't make much sense from a financial perspective but shareholders had done very well and just accepted it as something the founders would do in their retirement.  Wonder if DWS is where Mr Lassonde retires?

The longer this management is in place then Lassonde will be able to buy DWS for a few Pennie's.  What a shame

I agree.  Lassonde is a large shareholder of around 30% or so and they love the fact that the management are not performing so the price will continue to tank and they are very ok with that because when they swoop in to buy it they will be buying dirt cheap If it checks back to 35 cents or so and then they offer 50 cents to buyout they come away looking like saviors to the shareholders

In Nov 2022 unprofitable DWS issued $5 million of 10.0 % unsecured convertible debentures. If Lassonde Group exercises all their options they would own 11,615,421 Common Shares, representing approximately 35% of the company. Lets not kid ourselves DWS has not been a great financial investment for Lassonde BUT it has all the pieces in place for a gentleman farmer.  After a lifetime of ...more
