Lassonde to take control

As stated in my post Aug 26, Lassonde will now take control since they own over 54% of the outstanding shares.  Can't predict their plans but one thing is clear to me, as they take control strategies will be developed, enhanced or modified along with definitive and measureable action plans. Things are going to start happenlng as Lassonde's involvement grows. I am hoping for good news along the path to revive this company

Not much reason for optimism...even if Lassonde gets rid of inept mgmt team: "consumer demand for Ontario wine down anywhere between five and eight per cent, depending on the channel" https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/climate-change-drinking-trends-have-canadian-wine-producers-reeling-1.1998003

Yes I agree the market has shrunk but the efficient operations can still survive short term.  Airlifting in some of Lassonde's mgmt would make me feel a whole lot better Vs who is running the operations now.  I am willing to wait and assess after the next 2 Qtrs.
