Who would want to buy a business with little to no profits at a SP that is overvalued?

S.T. clearly has a bias because he owns it. He's trying to play it up because he wants to dispose of it. Have you seen his website? He hasn't even published his Q4 commentary because his results against the benchmark were horrible. In his monthly Canadian equity report (Jan), you can see he only returned 5% in 2021 vs. the benchmark of 25%. DWS and other holdings are the culprits.

I just don't see a rebound here (again, Q3 EBITDA was negative and the gain is only an accounting gain - not cash, due to the transaction).

Don't shoot the messenger - let's see where we are next fall.
