Many drilling companies shut down over Christmas if they can. Let's all the guys go home to be with their families and avoids a lot of injuries from people not having their mind on their work. With less than two weeks until Christmas I doubt they will move a rig onto their lease and begin drilling. You'll have to wait for the new year for this one to move up.
