DXI Energy Inc. (TSX: DXI) (OTCQB: DXIEF), today announces that it has entered into a Royalty and Participation agreement with a private U.S. based investment firm to underwrite 50% of the new Woodrush oil exploration program scheduled to commence in January 2018 at DXI's 99% owned and operated project in North East British Columbia.

Can anyone please advise me the name of this private U.S. based investment firm ?

The name of the investment firm is a secret they don’t want anyone to know. January is over so the date for the drilling to start seems to be a secret as well. Maybe next year.

Whatever happened to TRANSPARENCY ? Dr. Arthur Ross Gorrel is also a Director of Petromin Resources Ltd. (PTR), there seems to be NO TRANSPARENCY with Petromin Resources Ltd. as well. In fact seems very simular story here with the use of Private Companies. In Petromin Resources Ltd. it was the Petromin Resources Ltd. directors themselves that were also directors of the Secret Private Companies.
