Question for the longs here-Insiders

Question for the longs here-InsidersNot sure if this is good or bad. Normally insiders holding is a good thing. I agree on further due diligence that the market cap is incredibly low, and Robert Lalond has a decent history in the Western Canada Sedimentary basin.

Robert W. Lamond owns 70.6% of the outstanding shares of Humboldt. Mr. Lamond and
Humboldt together own 30,487,467 Common Shares of Diaz or 33.5% of the outstanding
shares. If all of the Debentures issued in Diaz’s private placement are converted to Common
Shares of the Company, Humboldt and Mr. Lamond would hold, directly or indirectly,
128,354,134 common shares, representing approximately 65.0% of the then outstanding
Common Shares of Diaz.
