And back down to .11.... Financing at .10?

Why not $.10? what choice do they have? $.10 is better that .05.  Let's just do something for a change, the company is slowly dieing, pay checks are still being paid while management and the directors count the days till they retire. No real difference wether they issue 30,000,000 or 21,400,000. This is becoming more and more agonizing.
